Initial Consultation
Whether you're planning a new build on vacant land, a knock-down rebuild, or exploring a house and land package, we begin with a no-obligation consultation. We’ll assess your needs, review your site (if applicable), and provide a complimentary pricing expectation based on your goals.
Site Assessment & Feasibility
Our experienced team will carry out a detailed site assessment, reviewing conditions such as soil, slope, access, and council regulations. This step ensures your design is feasible, compliant, and optimized for your block.
Construction Phase
With approvals in place, construction begins under the guidance of your dedicated project manager. You’ll receive regular progress updates and are welcome to visit the site during key stages to see your new home take shape.
Design Selection
This stage is all about you—your lifestyle, your preferences, and the way you want to live in your new home. Whether you select one of our thoughtfully designed floorplans or work with us to create a custom design, we take the time to understand what matters most to you
Contract & Approvals
Once your design and final pricing are confirmed, we prepare a fixed-price building contract. We’ll then handle all required approvals and documentation, keeping you fully informed and supported throughout this stage.
Quality Assurance & Handover
Before handover, we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure everything meets our exacting standards. We’ll walk you through your finished home, answer any questions, and only hand over the keys when you’re 100% satisfied.
