Avalon Living is more than just a building company — it’s the result of over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Our Director and Builder, Tom, began his journey as a foreman working for some of Australia’s most reputable builders, learning the importance of precision and craftsmanship. For over 12 years, Tom has built homes while mastering every facet of the trade.

In time, Tom took the reins of a franchise in Camden with one of Australia’s top builders. For 4 years, he and his family poured their heart into delivering homes families could be proud of. But there was always a bigger vision — to build beyond boundaries, without limitations, and create homes that truly reflected each client’s unique story.
That vision led to the creation of Avalon Living — a family-driven business with a relentless passion for delivering homes that are as beautiful as they are functional.
